JOE MACK
Guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer, guitar teacher, Joe Mack has a history of performing in a variety of situations for over 40 yrs.
His musical travels have taken him across the US, Canada, the Carribean as well as England where he performed with Gail Moran-Corea (Chick Corea's wife) and also Hossam Ramzy (Page & Plant, Peter Gabriel, the Rolling Stones and many others.)
He's also appeared onstage with, the legendary Les Paul at the Iridium Club in NYC, “guitar wizard” Steve Vai, as his guest, bluesman Luther “Guitar Junior” Johnson as well as opening for the amazing Johnny Winter.
The Joe Mack Band covers famous guitarists such as
Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, Carlos Santana, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Joe Satriani, Larry Carlton, Steve Vai, Eric Johnson the Allman Brothers and many others and also original music.
What makes this act unique is that Joe is the only guitarist in the area covering these kinds of songs by these masters. A
quick listen to the audio & video clips will attest to the abilities needed to make this kind of music happen.
Joe performs with a wireless guitar and wireless headset which enables him to walk among your patrons while playing and singing. Whether he's playing slide with a beer bottle, or playing behind his head the audience eats it up.
RON BELBEN
Bassist Ron Belben , a solid member of the JMB for 5 years plus, Also a member of Revolver, has shared the bill at festivals with Kansas, Foriegner, Grand Funk Railroad, Charlie Daniels, James Montgomery, Johnny A., Jon Butcher & Charlie Farren and many others. His solid precise playing style makes him one of the best in his field.
MARK "SPARKY" SANDLER
Mark has been playing off & on with the JMB for over 20yrs.
He also plays with many North Shore bands. He's always in demand for his great feel and laid back attitude.
Chris Billias
Chris is a smokin' keyboardist and was a member of the Joe Mack Band for ten years, playing all over the Eastern Seaboard.
Chris is also on the "LIVE" cd where his playing is fantastic!!
Now he does occasional gigs with the band in larger venues and on special occasions. He is always a welcome addition to the Joe Mack Band!
Together this trio performs original compositions as well as the following artists- Joe Satriani, Jeff Beck, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Johnson, Carlos Santana, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder, ZZ Top, The Average White Band & many others.
