Jon Parrot One Man Band from Indialantic, FL

I have been playing guitar since 1963 and I'm finally starting to get the hang of it. I sang all my life starting as a boy soprano in the All Saints Episcopal Church Boys Choir in Chevy Chase, Maryland. We were invited often to sing at the Washington Cathedral. What an experience that was, the sound of that pipe organ reverberating through that incredible cathedral and all our voices. It often brought tears to my eyes. I have loved music all my life and never heeded the advice of my grandmother, Mary O'Hara, who wrote "My Friend Flicka", and often told me; "Music is wonderful, but don't ever try to make a living at it." I have actually made a living at it after being a Custom Home Builder for 30 years. I play everything from Elvis and the Everly Brothers to Imagine Dragons and everything in between. I have six hours of covers and at least four hours of originals. I released my first CD in 2006, and now have 30 new songs that I am hoping to record sometime this century. I play the crowd and never play the same set twice. I use a TC Electronics VoiceLive Harmonizer and as a result have some really sweet harmonies.
