....imagine if Jack Black's Famous School of Rock took over your kids Bar/Bat Mitzvah, and all of a sudden, your child became THE STAR just for one day...and imagine if all of your kid's musical friends and family members were able to join the band, on stage, to sing, play guitar or piano, blow their horn, grab a tamburine or hit a kunga drum...or sing together, perhaps a great classic rock anthem like HEY JUDE, or DONT STOP BELEIVING, or maybe more modern songs like I'M YOURS or TONIGHTS GONNA BE A GOOD NIGHT. Rockmitzvah can customize your Bar/Bat Mitzvah and create a rocking right of passage unmatched by any performer or band out there on the party circuit. The band ranges in size from a simple 4 piece, to a full 12 piece horn-sectioned mini orchestra. We feature guest male or female vocalists who can sing a wide range of legitimate material, from R and B to 80's girl band rock and roll, 60's psychedelic sounds and modern rock, or 90's grunge music! Grandma can join us on stage and play the Alley Cat on keys if she wants, mom can grab the microphone and sing Forever Young by Bob Dylan. EVERY Rockmitzvah IS A CUSTOMIZED and UNIQUE experience.
