I spent a lot of time researching different bands for our event. It was important to me that I find someone authentic, with the right sound and style that I was looking for. We love real Jamaican reggae. We listen to Chronixx, Protoje, Raging Fyah, Dre Island, all the Marley's, etc. I especially love roots reggae. I wasn't just looking for an island sound with steel drums, I wanted real reggae. Well, I got just what I wanted. We could have been in Jamaica instead of my back yard. Their equipment was top notch and delivered the absolute perfect sound. They are unbelievably talented. Professional, pleasant and everything I had hoped for. We will have them back again!

I do not have enough kind words to express my gratitude to Proverbs Band. They performed at my wedding yesterday and the experience far exceeded my expectations. They showed up early with plenty of time to set up. The music was great, they were all very professional. I would suggest to anyone who wants a awesome Reggae Band to check out Proverbs.

As marketing director for a Worldwide Information Technology firm I put on events all over the world, the Proverbs Rootz Rock Reggae Band is number 1 on my list. This incredible band has some of the most incredible group of talented musicians I have seen over the years. Each of these talented gentlemen and woman and love of their musical craft shows through each and every song they play. We had over 300 people at our event and have heard nothing but rave reviews of the band. I intend to book Proverbs Roots Band for a number of events I'm currently planning. A truly top notch professional group in every sense of the word and a great group of people to boot.

I booked Proverbs for a wedding reception and couldn't be happier. Ziah arrived several hours prior to ensure setup was done in a timely manner. The band was professional, courteous and their music and playing style is AWESOME!!!
They played during our dinner and for several hours of dancing afterwards. They were so good we told our DJ, not to play music we picked bc we wanted Proverbs to play as much as possible.
I had several guests come up during the wedding, as well as afterwards asking for the bands info so they could book them for future events. I am a big reggae fan and have been to Jamaica several times and Proverbs exceeded any and all expectations.

Proverbs exceeded my expectations. They have exceptional talent and were a great addition to our companies event. Everyone kept coming up to me asking where we found them and what the name of the band was. They will definitely get repeat business from us in the future. You will not be disappointed with Proverbs. The night was amazing. Their performance was so beyond any reggae band I've ever heard. Throughout the night about 10 people asked me for the band's name and info so that they could play at a party in the future. If I could, I would give Proverbs Rootz a 10 overall performance. Their energy and attitude is so great that I really can't put into words. I couldn't have been more satisfied and would recommend this band to anyone.

Proverbs Rootz Rock Reggae Band.. You guys are awesome! I couldn't have chosen a better band for my wedding. The guests loved them, and I got so many compliments on how they really set the tone for my tropical wedding. There were guests dancing and having a good time before the wedding even started :) My husband and I were very pleased at how well the handled the crowd and made our wedding complete! OMG !!!!! They are the best band ever. From the moment we met Zire and his wife we felt comfortable that we made the right choice...Our wedding guests truely enjoyed the reception*they complimented the band over and over again. The selection of music was perfect,even in the close quarters, we truely enjoyed ourself and would hightly recommend them to anyone looking for a band who is prompt,professional and accomodating. This band was amazing! We had a pool party for our residents at our apartment community (over 100 ppl) last night and everyone commented on how professional, polite and engaging they all were. I would recommend this band for any occasion- I've already referred them to others and we will be booking them again in the near future. The very best band I've booked!!!

We hired Proverbs Rootz Rock Reggae for a 40th Birthday Party. I would recommend Proverbs to anyone who loves reggae music for any occasion. They were professional, warm, friendly, TALENTED!!, and inviting. Their musical talent was the best we have heard in a long time. Their originals, mixes and covers made everyone get up and dance with a huge smile on their face. Some of our guests stated they want to use them for future parties. We can't wait to see them perform more in the future in both large, small, and more intimate venues. A definite lucky find on Gig Masters!!
