Will Stuck has been a storyteller for as long as he's been able to speak, but these days he rarely gets sent to a principal's office for doing so. Whether it is speaking to adults or performing for children, Will's audience can expect to discover that storytelling is a human's strongest communication tool. Will's adult audiences come in the form of staff development days, workshop presentations and conference keynotes. Storytelling is an art and like all art forms, everyone works at different skill levels. Some people are naturals, while others have to really work at it. He honed his performances working more than 20 years as a children's librarian in a public library. Besides his standard storytelling show, "Hoopla," Will teaches storytelling skills to elementary through high school students, teaches the difference between non-fiction and fiction books with a storytelling/science show, "BOOM! Science of Reading," and he occasionally teaches cartooning & juggling workshops to smaller groups. Will's philosophy on his children's shows mirror the words of Walt Disney, "I would rather entertain and hope that people learned something than educate people and hope they were entertained."
