As the Founder and Executive Director of Kids in the Spotlight and as an Adjunct Professor, Inspiring, motivating and encouraging servant leadership in individuals whose hopes and dreams are beyond their natural abilities is what fuels me. I educate and lead a team of change agents who understands the power of compassion, passion and teamwork. As a public testimonial speaker my audience is able to relate to the reality that effective leadership starts with knowing yourself, knowing your purpose and knowing that fear is only "false evidence appearing real." My mission is to educate, serve and lead a community of people who work together for the betterment of those less fortunate. God has a plan for all of lives and sometimes we just need a little motivation and encouragement to walk in greatness.
From grade school throughout high school I was an average student who did just enough to get by. On a few occasions I was challenged by teachers who pushed me to reach my full potential and in those few instances I excelled every time. However, I had very few teachers who cared enough to push me. Now 25 years later my platform is challenging individuals, young and old, to reach their full potential. Transformation is applicable to anyone who is willing to be transformed. Sometimes it just takes an ordinary individual like me who has done an extraordinary work to inspire, motivate and encourage others. Articles about the work I do have been featured in the Huffington Post, L.A. Sentinel, Caring Magazine, Celebrity Society Magazine, Pasadena Weekly, L.A. Examiner and more.
I have had the privilege of speaking at various universities, nonprofit organizations, film festivals, radio broadcasts and churches. Below is a list of a few of those platforms.

Although I was never a fan of school, I obtained an MBA in non-profit management from American Jewish University with a 3.7 G.P.A., something that I never thought was possible. I was the recipient of the Jerry & Harvey Greenberg Memorial Award for academic achievement and the David Lieber Graduate School of Nonprofit Management Leadership Award which is awarded to only one graduate student per year. My job is not only to be an example to others, but to make other people examples too. I have been transformed to be a transformer. Let my passion ignite your passion.
