Melissa Thomas is a Speaker and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. When I was growing up, I didn't have a strong role model to look up to for healthy body image and nutrition information. My mission is to be this role model for young girls all over the world. I believe in empowering women. I believe in girls loving themselves for who they are, not what they look like. I believe in changing the measure of success from a number on a scale to how happy you are. With the plethora of nutrition information out there, understanding the right approach to wellness takes a trained, experienced professional. My talks are based on holistic nutrition and body positivity. From my experience of overcoming health challenges, I share my most successful tips to help others live their happiest, healthiest lives. I hold my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the world's biggest nutrition school, the Institute For Integrative Nutrition. For 1+ years, I have been hosting workshops and talks in the greater LA Area. I hold a private health coaching practice, have helped girls through my Healthy Cooking Classes, Body Image Workshops, and am a published author for magazines like Mindbodygreen and IRORA Magazine. Speaking on what I believe in is my passion and I am excited about inspiring people be their healthiest, happiest selves!
