It's a simple, gentle technique that works by reestablishing a normal flow of energy throughout your system, which in turn enhances and accelerates your body's ability to heal itself. Using a series of hand positions either directly on or just above the body, healing energy flows through the practitioner's hands and passes into your body. Your body then takes in as little or as much energy as it needs. While individual experiences vary, most people feel deeply relaxed and sense a warm radiance surrounding them. RELAX KIDS A Relax Kids class includes warm up and movement, fun drama-based games, relaxing mindfulness games, stretching and breathing exercises, massage, affirmations and visualizations. They take children from a high energy to a low energy and encourage them to relax while developing their creativity and imagination. Sessions help children begin to learn valuable mindfulness and relaxation tools and build emotional resilience. Children can go on a different adventure each week from sea exploration to outer space to wizardry. Our classes are fun, lively, creative and most importantly – relaxing. Children will go away refreshed. Each week children will receive stickers or cards and a certificate at the end of the 6 week session.
