My kids enjoyed Santa immensely! He was great with the children. I just felt that he was unprepared when he arrived. He also was late to my function; however he stayed a little later to make up for a little bit of that.

Project Princess:

Hi Caiti, -Santa arrived at 12:15pm before 12:30pm start time -Our protocol is to always call client upon arrival to ensure they are ready for the character & not to spoil the surprise. -Attempted numerous calls to the client from Santa & Project Princess staff upon arrival. -Client did acknowledge she did not have her phone while we attempted to contact her. -Santa walked into event at 12:35pm. (Per text message receipts) -Santa stayed 10-15min longer free of charge. Caiti, We always strive to exceed our customers expectations; we hope you take advantage of the discount we’ve offered you for future events!
