The photo I received of Ana and Elsa from ONCE upon a time character Did NOT match the Ana and Elsa that showed up to my daughters birthday They were total different girls-- not the same from photos I Thiught I had hired..... Other than that girls were very proffesional and Sweet. That is my only negative.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry you feel I miss lead you on your performers. The picture I sent you was of our costumes for your reference not the actual performers scheduled for that day as I have a few girls who portray both those parts and we were just debuting these new popular characters. As it turns out the Anna in the picture I sent you did arrive at your party, she was your Elsa. I know I mentioned that during our many conversations during the planning of your party. I am terribly sorry if I didn't stress that enough. We were honored to be included in your celebration and the picture you sent me was wonderful.
