Love & LeBlanc Acoustic Duo from Brampton, ON

When you combine two performing veterans who have great voices and a shared love of simplified, tuneful acoustic pop-folk-rock from the '50's, '60's, and '70's, you get David Love and Brian LeBlanc. No drum machines, fog machines or Tragically Hip songs – just acoustic pop as it was meant to be heard: two voices – two guitars. The way that John and Paul, Phil and Don, Paul and Art, Chad and Jeremy and Peter and Gordon did it. David is a 16-year member of one of Toronto's most popular bands, The Carpet Frogs, and has been a member of The Burton Cummings Band since 1998. In 2005, David, along with the rest of The Carpet Frogs, became The Bachman Cummings Band accompanying Randy Bachman and Burton Cummings on a 17 city national tour, a CBC special, a DVD, and the first new album from Randy and Burton in almost 40 years, Jukebox on Sony/BMG. David also performed on Burton Cummings' first solo album in 15 years, Above the Ground, released November 2008 on Sony/BMG. Brian is a veteran of the Canadian rock scene in the early 1970's having been a member of bands like FESTIVAL, ELEANOR FOX with Hamilton–born guitar session star Bill Dillon, RAIN with Canadian guitar stalwart Bernie LaBarge, with whom he had a Canadian Top 10 hit on London Records, FLYING CIRCUS ("Old Enough (For Breaking My Heart)", Capitol Records Top 10), CRAIG RHUNKE ("Summer Girl", Canadian Top 10). Brian was also half of LEBLANC, a very successful duo with Pat Bourke (RHINEGOLD, GOWAN) as well as having been a 14-year member of CLASS OF '59, one of the hardest working showbands in southern and central Ontario. Love & LeBlanc use Gibson, Larrivee, and Martin brand guitars as well as the stunning new technology from Fishman Aura utilizing the Fishman Solo Amps for the smoothest, most natural sounding, and unobtrusive sound reproduction available.
