I've been playing piano since I was 5 years old, and gave my first piano recital at the age of 6. I grew up listening to music of the 60s & 70s (and some 50s) which has a special place in my heart... so that's the music I play most often, and I do it with feeling! I'm not limited to that time period (50s to current day works for me too)! Definitely not your typical "standards" pianist... you can get that anywhere. But if you loved the Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, Queen, Elton John, Simon & Garfunkel, 70s and the many 1-hit wonders of the 60s and songs you've probably forgotten about by now... I'm your guy! I was classically trained from ages 6-15, but with perfect pitch and a virtual audiographic memory, I can play virtually anything I hear... and much more accurately than your typical pianist who robotically reproduces notes from sheet music. So the combination of training and natural abilities definitely stands out in my performances! PianoManChuck - I'm easy to find on the internet. I also play weekly in the lobby of a major medical center, attracting a crowd and bringing back memories and putting smiles on people's faces! Its my way of "giving back" for the musical gift I've been blessed with. If there's no piano at your location, no worries - I have my own professional stage pianos and amps. Notice that's pianos and amps (plural), because I always make sure that nothing will stop me from playing at your event. My breaks (if any) are minimal to ensure a musical-filled time! I don't watch the clock... in fact, I enjoy playing so much that I frequently go way past my scheduled ending time (as long as that's ok with you too). The sample song list I've provided here at GigMasters is just that - a SAMPLE list (I actually have quite a large repertoire)! I've played lounges, clubs, restaurants and private parties. I'm looking forward to bringing smiles and memories to the people at your party, restaurant, club, lounge or private event... no matter how small (some of the best times were had performing for small, intimate get togethers for people who were actually bedridden or recovering).
