Jo was great for our Red Cross volutneer appreciation event! Jo is skilled at paying good attention to the audience and was able to change the style of music/volume level at the appropriate times for the event. Jo was reliable and responded to requests on time. We would reccomend her for any event!

Unfortunately Jo did not come at the time we agreed on, which created a problem since the program was already set up. Even though Jo was very nice, it was not worth the amount of money that we paid. I had expected more involvement.

Sorry it did not go the way the client wanted, but I certainly did my best considering. The function was a German Christmas party and one requirement to play some German songs. I am thinking the 2 or 3 in the hour that I played were not enough, but I did say in advance that I am not a German speaker. No one asked me to bring a vocal mic either, but everyone else was pleased with my playing abilities and Christmas carols, many of which are from Germany. So I was surprised by a negative review. I have been playing piano and singing for 27 years and had never received one. Lastly, my rate is very competitive, including travel expenses from Spartanburg, SC. Thank you!
