Alan was amazing. It started with his first correspondence where he offered us a discount when he read that we were a nonprofit animal shelter doing a fundraiser to help save the lives of the animals we care for until they are adopted. He was prompt, professionally dressed, kind and he played the most beautiful music in the background. He paused during our live auction and was able to play requests made by our guests. He was the one thing we didn't have to worry about all day; a consummate professional. At the end of the day, he donated the tips that people had given him to our shelter! Just an all-around great guy! Thank you Alan, we hope to work with you again!
