I take the simple approach to weddings: find the best clients possible, mix in their amazing personalities and become part of their fun-loving family. I then enjoy your wedding day along-side everyone else and somehow manage to capture everything while doing hand stands. I Promise (everything except the hand stands).

My job doesn't begin just moments before you walk down the aisle. I am here to help you capture and remember your wedding day while making sure you look stunning in your photographs. For most couples, their wedding day photography can be initially undervalued and seem absurdly priced – however, once you don't end up with what you envisioned will the true value of your photography become apparent.

I am here to capture your wedding day. I am your photojournalist – I want to remind you of the things you saw, and to show you the things you didn't. I devote myself to your wedding day.

I love photographing weddings because I always face new adventures with amazing people. It's probably your first rodeo, so let me break down typically how the wedding photography process works.

I'm very low-pressure when it comes to sales. Because of the artistic nature of photography, not everyone will enjoy my awesome style – and I accept that. If you like what you see, get in touch. Consultations are no-charge and give us a chance to check the chemistry to see if we fit together as couple and photographer. It will give me a chance to help you understand a little more about how I will tell your wedding story through photography. If you think we're a good fit, I'll begin devoting myself to your wedding story.

I shoot a limited number of wedding each year to ensure that I have the time to devote to each of my amazing clients. Booking your wedding date is completed with a contract that guarantees you'll get what we've agreed upon as well as a non-refundable deposit. These two items guarantee my availability for your wedding date. I am currently being booked from 6 – 12 months in advance, so it is best to inquire as soon as you have a date and budget set. Once you've officially booked, we can plan out a rough timeline of your additional sessions and future consultations prior to your wedding day.

Sessions additional to your wedding day help me tell your wedding story in greater depth and with more detail. I do not require that every one of my clients includes a complete line of additional sessions, but I do recommend it. Engagements, bridals, boudoir, day-after and trash-the-dress sessions are all amazing chances to get some fantastic images outside of your wedding day (and the stress of your wedding day.) After booking, we'll figure out the rough times to schedule your sessions, and then meet again, either in person if you feel like grabbing a coffee or over the phone if your schedule doesn't permit, to discuss your ideas and inspiration when it comes to your sessions.

This is what it's all about. A week or two prior to your wedding day we'll schedule another consultation (either in person, at the venue or over the phone) to go over the last minute details, schedule of your wedding day and develop a photographic timeline of your event. If you have a second shooter included in your wedding day, I make every attempt to include them at this meeting. Then your wedding day comes, we start shooting and then promptly go to work on the post-production

Post Production

Probably the least glamorous of the entire process, the post-production is what pulls everything together to complete your wedding story. Your photos are backed-up in multiples after returning from your wedding day and images are culled. Basic editing is done on the entire batch of images and minor retouching is done where needed. Typically within two to three weeks your wedding is presented in an online gallery that you can share with friends and family. The website serves as your proof medium as well, and allows you to select what images you'd like to have included in various products. Finally, if your wedding story included a disc, copied of your images will be burned in the disc and delivered to you with any applicable products.
