Though Hackney Visuals is a new venture, Kelly Hackney has been creating images for over 25 years. A native of the midwest, Kelly moved to San Diego in the early '90s where he was a camera man and editor for local television. From Oscar red carpets to hanging out of helicopters to photographing presidents, Kelly did it all. He eventually took a job producing marketing promos for network TV in Burbank. And while his broadcasting career was in full gear he always had side projects doing his first loves, still photography and videography. Now, with Hackney Visuals, Kelly is devoting 100% of his energy to what he loves to do. We have extensive experience in all areas of visual marketing, real estate and architectural media, event photography, food and restaurant photography, fine art photography and full high-definition video production (including wedding videos!).
