They left the event without even getting fully set up because it rained for 5 minutes. Even though we spoke earlier in the week and he KNEW it was an outdoor event he came unprepared for the weather and left me without even coming to find me and dicuss the issue personally .....he left and text me that he was gone. I am a business woman of many years, who keeps her word and never says she's going to do something and not do it and this man left me looking foolish and embarrassed. He apologized after the fact but his apology did not help me having to explain to the bride and groom why we had no photo booth. HIGHY UNPROFESSIONAL and disappointing to say the least!!!

I am committed to professionalism and maintaining a good reputation. Prior to the event that brought on this review I had an unblemished record. In fact, If you look on my Yelp page with my company you will see all positive reviews. This review does not present a correct analysis of "ALL THE FACTS" of the night. From the 40 minute rainstorm ( and I have evidence of such) to the uneven pavement, to the mud near the assigned spot, to the long extension cord , and the difficulty finding the client at the moment of need ( 10 minutes in a rain storm) my situation with my electric equipment was left in a precarious spot. I deeply regret the outcome.
