For the past 20 years Gabo Tomasini has delighted audiences from Puerto Rico to Canada and throughout the United States. Having dedicated the majority of his performance career with the internationally acclaimed band, Bio Ritmo, Gabo has played a major role in maintaining the group’s tight rhythmic foundation throughout its 18 years in existence. While not performing with Bio Ritmo, Gabo performs with his own Latin jazz trio, as well as with DJs and a handful of other well known artists throughout the country. Giving private lessons and conducting percussion clinics at universities, high schools and elementary schools also keep Gabo busy between his rigorous performance schedule. His love for Latin percussion is shown in his rhythmic diversity while his dedication to his music career has kept Gabo in high demand throughout the years.

So whether you are looking for a Latin jazz trio to add the perfect ambiance for your cocktail hour, or a full 9 piece salsa orchestra, Gabo can accommodate you for any occasion. With over 20 years experience in the music industry as a musician, booking agent and manager, Gabo will do everything to ensure that your event is a success!

His Latin trio, The San Juanabees, specialize in providing the perfect music for any classy occasion. With a concentration in latin jazz and bossa nova compositions, The San Juanabees have delighted crowds at corporate and public events, weddings, office parties and galas from New York City to Atlanta, Georgia.

Gabo Tomasini, the groups founder and percussionist, is also a member of the 10 man salsa band Bio Ritmo which has been lighting up the scene for salsa aficionados for nearly 20 years. No stranger to the rhythms, Tomasini and his players bring to life the pulsating beats of Puerto Rico, Cuba, and Brazil interwoven with timeless jazz melodies you’re sure to recognize.

If your looking for a bigger sound, The San Juanabees can perform as a quartet, quintet or sextet with the addition of a second percussionist, trumpet player, and/or singer. Also check out his full 9 piece salsa orchestra, Bio Ritmo.

More music samples can be obtained upon request.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

Dear Gabo,
We cannot thank you enough for playing during our wedding's reception. You guys were wonderful and exactly what we were looking for in a trio. We will certainly recommend the San Juanabees to any of our friends and family looking for a music option. You were definitely one of the highlights of our wedding as we received several compliments from family and friends. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding even more special.
Warmest Regards,
Malia and Scott Rinaldi

Just a follow up about Gabo and the band (The San Juanabees),
They were terrific for our wedding reception and they added so many flavors to the party! They were very professional and they really made my night. Anyone else just wouldn't have worked. The weather was a little chilly and lighting was limited but they made the best of the situation and played on into the night. I would recommend them highly!
Take care,
Liz

Dear Gabo and Bio Ritmo,
On behalf of the Richmond Symphony, it is my honor to thank you for your wonderful contribution to Tango & Temptation 2006. Your participation was a highlight! Our event would not have been as successful without your addition! Most Sincerely,
James Warren/Event Manager

Dear members of Bio Ritmo,
Thank you so much for providing the great music at the Young at Heart Ball during the inaugural weekend. What a great kick-off for this Administration! I appreciate all your band did to make this entire weekend a huge success. Sincerely,
Mark Warner
