As you probably know by now, my name is Rascal.
Rascal Martinez is a singer/songwriter with the drive for creating lasting moments, hailing from Denver, Colorado. Rascal grew up in a small Nebraska town where he went from recording in a home basement studio to the professional studios of Nashville, Tennessee. Channeling a mix of Indie-Folk and Country, the young crooner's unique Americana-style roots music brings about memories of Buddy Holly and Van Morrison. Rascal performs a mix of alternative folk and soft rock, performing a wide range of tunes hailing from the '50s, '60s and '70s in genres that include Country, Oldies, Classic Rock and Alternative.

SOME FUN FACTS ABOUT ME:
Ceasing every opportunity to perform, Rascal began playing basement shows to mostly family and friends. His insatiable appetite to perform and passion for the craft grew along with his love of making people happy through his music. At 24, he's built a successful business through music. He's released three albums and regularly does “1,500-mile weekends” when he travels across the region to play shows.
"It's amazing how full Rascal sounds with such a plug-in and play foot print. The change in the room from the first chord was palpable. The room comes alive as the audience danced and joined Rascal." - W.C. Turck, WCGO Chicago
