The Happy Couple Duo Variety Duo from Cincinnati, OH

The Happy Couple Duo is a high school sweetheart musical duet featuring Katy Tompkins on viola/vocals and Zachary Gillerlain on violin (we also DJ). We are an all inclusive musical service including live string ensemble, live rock band ensemble, and DJ services, available for any event including holiday parties, corporate events, weddings, cocktail hours, and receptions. The Happy Couple Duo has a rich background of musical experience and training, having attended The Governor's School for the Arts in Virginia, where they trained classically throughout high school. They began playing together in groups and as a duo in 2000 and started booking and playing weddings and other events regularly in 2001 at age 17. Upon graduation, the duo headed for Cincinnati to continue study through CCM and the University of Cincinnati. Professional, trained, and experienced, The Happy Couple Duo offers affordable and competitive music services, while adding a personable and fun experience for every client.
