BACKGROUND: The Cotton Band consists of Gene Cotton on keyboard, vocals and trumpet, Tom Cotton on bass and vocals, Jeanette Cotton on lead vocals, Ken McGloin on guitar, and Dennis Bisoglio on drums. Tom and Gene Cotton are natives of New Paltz and have entertained in the Hudson Valley for many years. Tom's wife Jeanette, who originally hails from Georgia, provides a rich and pleasing voice that moves smoothly through many styles. Their daughter, Becca Cotton provides vocals from the new generation. Together they make the vocal harmonies that are the heart of the band's unique sound.
