Born June 29, in the early 80's with a physical disability (short right arm with two fingers.) Joshua aka Logan has been singing since he can remember, never allowing himself to be shy because of his physical uniqueness. Growing up on Logan Street in East New York with five siblings his singing career began in church as a soloist and later on with the choir. Logan wrote his first secular song called “Why Did You Leave Me'' in the fifth grade for a talent show which wowed his teachers and fellow peers because of his strong vocals and commanding stage presence. Logan continued to sing in church but by the age of eleven he began to love R&B.
By the age of 18, Logan was singing at weddings. Logan now living in Bed Stuyvesant was taken to Hilltop studios to record . Logan received a good response from the neighborhood and this prompted him to start recording his own songs .One day while recording at Hilltop Studios
Logan recorded an eight song demo, and it caught the attention of Lowkey (a producer looking for talent). The two combined to form LO-LO a super duo. A year later the two dropped an album called LO-LO & MYFAM with other featured artists distributed by Mia Mind Music. The LO-LO & MYFAM album was well received on the college circuit and received airtime on college radio. Two songs from the album was played on over 200 college radio stations and peaked at #1 on over 25 stations. The album was also played on over 10 mainstream radio stations across the country and it was charted #4 on the CMJ charts. Logan and Low-key (LO-LO) performed songs from the album at different venues for many industry professionals showing their great performing ability. Logan as a solo artist has done a park tour, and local tours with MYFAM PRODUCTIONS. Several singles has been released on iTunes under MYFAM Productions and his first video “love connection” received love from over 5 blog-sites and various websites. In 2009 Logan was placed in the top three for the Best of the Boroughs showcase and was nominated as one of the top ten artists for the Elegant Hoodness Musical Program. In 2010 Logan won artist of the year from the Elegant Hoodness Musical Program and won Best Male R&B artist of the year at the 2012 All Star Music Awards. Logan is still working promoting his second single called “Blow your mind” which features The Delfonics and his new single Follow Me. The video has been featured on legendary television show video music box for several months and other television video shows. . Logan has just released his first solo project titled “Everybody Knows My Name” and continues to sing about love wherever he is allowed to.
