MOTIVATIONAL, INSPIRING, HUMOROUS and INFORMATIVE SPEAKER
Nationally recognized motivational and keynote speaker, Peggy Collins specializes in speaking to women's audiences on personal and workplace issues at group meetings, conferences, association meetings, special events and Christian Retreats. She's been speaking since 1993 to literally thousands from coast to coast and is ready to stay a little closer to home.
Peggy brings women a message that inspires, motivates, entertains and literally changes lives. Her most-often quoted statement on evaluations is "I thought you were talking just to me". She delivers her powerful messages through the expert use of stories, interaction and life-learned lessons.
Her most requested keynote/workshop is based on her book Help Is Not a Four Letter Word: Why Doing It All Is Doing You In. In an informative, sometimes humorous and highly interactive presentation, she reveals one of the epidemics of our time -The Self-Sufficiency Syndrome. Many can't ask for help, do everything all by themselves and are headed for burnout. Peggy knows. It happened to her. She has been in the head and heart of The Self-Sufficient and is compassionate and empathetic with today's woman trying to do it all.
But this is not Peggy's only program. Her deep desire is to meet the needs of the meeting planner and so she offers these programs or can customize by blending several. Lessons I Learned on the Way to My Life, De-stress Your Distress:21 Days to a New You, Work/Life Balance Is Just a You-Turn Away and her Christian non-denominational Retreat - God's View of You: Seeing Yourself As God Sees You.
Her Program GOD'S VIEW of YOU: SEEING YOURSELF AS GOD SEES YOU has become Peggy's ministry. In her half-day or whole day program, through scripture, stories and exercises, she addresses the issue of "not feeling worthy". Approaching this important problem among women, she marries what we are doing here in this life that keeps us from accepting God's unconditional love to the Biblical scripture that gives us the evidence that we have only to open our hearts to receive.
Peggy will be happy to furnish a complete outline for any Program listed as well as a client list.
HERE'S WHAT SOME HAVE to SAY ABOUT PEGGY's SPEAKING:
Peggy spoke to our group in 2014 and was a huge hit! She is a dynamic speaker that combines great wisdom with humor and inspiration. She was one of the highest rated speakers of our convention. We highly recommend Peggy!

Practical and Inspiring
We brought Peggy to JMU for a professional development event designed to honor and support the amazing pool of administrative assistants (and administrative assistant hopefuls) serving throughout our campus. The content Peggy facilitated was related to her workshop: Help Is NOT a Four-Letter Word.
Peggy's material was thoughtful and engaging, and it really hit home with our audience. Peggy's demeanor was hopeful, and her design ensured the information shared was accessible and memorable. The stories and guidance Peggy shares are practical, yet very empowering. Many participants left with fresh ideas to put into practice right away. Peggy's evaluation results were great, and we wouldn't hesitate to bring her back.
