While based in Atlanta, GA, Kendall has established a strong clientele and led a broad array of professional development and training sessions with major corporations such as Arby's, HoneyBaked Ham, and PepsiCo, as well as workshop facilitation and coaching with AT&T, The Atlanta Dream, and United Way, respectively. As a luminary, Kendall continues to utilize his gift of speaking and empowerment by partnering with major educational institutions for speaking engagements. Some of his prominent engagements include: Morehouse College, Georgia State University, Clark Atlanta University, Georgia Gwinnett College and other local county public school systems in Atlanta, Fulton, Cobb, and Gwinnett counties.
For 20 years, Kendall has owned and operated Ficklin & Associates, Inc. In this capacity, he serves as Senior Coach and Consultant providing Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Corporate Training, and Professional Development Workshops for Secondary Educational Institutes as well as Parental Engagement Seminars.
Kendall is committed to helping individuals and companies outperform, outsell, and outlast the competition through coaching and training sessions that teach effective strategy and development. He also teaches individuals how to develop interpersonal and communication skills that enable them to become problem solvers.
Through his passion for empowerment, Kendall also founded a non-profit organization, Focus on Your Future, a mentoring and coaching program. This program is tailored for teens to increase their knowledge, reform their influence, and ignite positive attitudes regarding school and life.
As an author of four published books, Kendall continues to change the lives of others through his literary works known as: “Rise & Grind: Good Isn't Good Enough”, “Ladies Rise & Grind: Empowering and Inspiring You to Amazing” “The Students Guide 2 GREATNESS" and his latest book, “Your Work Has to Match Your Want: Your Guide To GREAT.”
As a committed servant-leader, Kendall actively advises and serves as a member of Southeastern Association of Facilitators and Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity.
