Fred's mandate is to engage with clients in the practice of providing integrative strategies for personal and executive development. His operating model comes down to straight talk about what it takes to excel in some circumstances and maintain in others until the tide turns. This requires more than a basic coaching model. It requires a sense of direction and an appreciation for the competition, the stressor, and the circumstance. In other words, maximizing the opportunity. Winning at anything requires personal development, behavioral change, and a strategy to win. One must be mindful of whether we are moving in the direction of attracting success or not.
Mr. Bercari's operating philosophy is that we are what we consistently think of, and our feelings result from our thoughts. What we think is what we are, and what we are is what we get. Success requires more than creating a plan and executing on it. It requires having the right "vibe."
The goal is self-optimization and manifestation.
Fred's clients are often high impact personalities who expect a very personalized and confidential concierge service, and this is strictly adhered to. Client satisfaction is paramount and this practitioner never becomes larger than his clients' needs and expectations.
