I booked K-Rock Music Services for a client meeting, and was not on site, but my colleagues were - in light of that my ratings are based on feedback from them. They said the experience was terrible because Kevin was not accommodating. Apparently he refused to move after the project manager requested he relocate is equipment. It got so bad that Kevin was prepared to leave the venue. We accept responsibility for not having his cash payment readily available at the end of the event, but his lack of professionalism was apparent well before the payment was due. As a result we've removed him from our vendor list.
