Note from Robert:
One of the most joyful, playful, sounds we humans make is laughter. Laughter links us, connect us, heals us. Laughter reaches beyond perceived barriers of age, race, gender, culture and language. We laugh in the same way around the world. Laughter Yoga is a worldwide movement that promotes health and peace through laughter. I am a part of this movement. My mission is to spread laughter, joy and positive energy around the world. ~Robert Rivest
