Very nice, responsive and professional. Showed up on time and gave very good performance. They were absolutely the highlight of the event. Nice looking fun guys. A pleasure to work with. We will be asking them back.

To say the least Mariachi Los Reyes left me crying at my wedding. They did not show up at all and my family kept calling the phone number they had gave me only to not have it even ring because it was turned off. My Ceremony was a disaster, they were the main focus they were suppose to bring life to it. Instead they left me trying to find a little speaker to play a ceremony song with. I am crushed. Later that night when I got home I checked my emails. The manager had sent me an email the day of @10am saying that the mariachi has canceled and I needed to call him to make arrangements. Are you kidding me?! An email! CALL! It’s been a month and a half and still no refund

The Quartet or actually Trio, is not the one that is advertised on the site, however, we were happy with the service that was provided. Sr. Mario assured us he'd provide us with good musicians and he did. There were a couple of bumps, but they were handled professionally and resolved. Ignacio and his companions were on time and were very accommodating. They delivered every music request from our guests. If you like Los Panchos, this is it. They delivered excellent service. Our party was very happy.

Hi Alexandra: I just want to comment that you hire a trio. We have one quartet and one trio and another full mariachi band. In this case you hire a mariachi trio that is why you don't see me because I am in the mariachi quartet. About the location, you hire the mariachi trio in Napa, CA and it is stated in the contract but you changed the event location to Saint Helena, CA and you didn't want to pay the extra $125 dollars. You just pay $50 dollars extra for the time and effort to make all the changes for the mariachi trio. The gentlemen of Los Reyes Mariachi Quartet arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They set up and played outside during the cocktail reception and then moved in, strolling through the dining room playing and taking requests during dinner. They are very talented and played a selection of songs that were known and appreciated by our Mexican guest of honor and also very enjoyable to those not as familiar with the music. We would definitely hire them again.

Our performer was AWESOME! We had a lunchtime event on Cinco de Mayo for our employees and they all felt the energy from our two hour performance. He was absolutely the sweetest man and full of talent. We will use him again next year at the same event.

Los Reyes did an excellent job and they learned a special song for the event and performed it beautifully! The only down side, was a bit of pre-event communication was lost between their manager and the band, and they did not wear the Mariachi costumes, per their photos, but this may have been our fault that we just assumed they would and did not stipulate their attire. Other then that, they were beautiful musicians and the crowd really enjoyed them, they were on time, and did a great job .

what a fantastic group to work with. They honored all the songs asked of them, they personalized their presence making our mom feel like a QUEEN. We absolutely would use them again, they very courteous, prompt, and above all very personable. We thank Reyna and her group for making my mom's 80th birthday memorable! Salud! :)
