I was lead to believe there would be games for the kids, included in the hour of entertainment; however, no games were played. In addition, the princess did not seem very well rehearsed. She told the story of Cinderella while making props to go along with the story out of balloons. There were several long pauses during the story telling, while she was working on balloons, and many kids lost interest throughout. She was also short with some of the party guests as well as the adults. In the pre-party arrangements we were told my daughter would receive a balloon sculpture in the character of her choice, which we informed her was Cinderella. We never received this.
Langrock Family Entertainment’s Response:
Had the client expressed dissatisfaction to our entertainer at the event, we would have been more than willing to help fix these issues. At the party the client's husband told the entertainer that they were very happy with the entertainment, and several guests told her that as well; children and adults. Playful jokes and entertaining banter were made to make the performance as interactive as possible.
