Jay developed his interest in magic at a young age when he was assigned a book report on Eric Weiss (also known as Harry Houdini). At the age of seven, Jay tried to make his little brother disappear, and has been hooked on performing magic ever since, despite his parent's objections. Since then, Jay has continued to study the art of magic and is an active member of KIDabra International, Society of American Magicians, and the International Brotherhood of Magicians. Jay was even unanimously elected president of the Society of American Magicians Assembly 181 and won the Al Hillman Excellence in Magic Award from the Harry Blackstone Magic Society and the International Brotherhood of Magicians Ring 200.
By the time he was ten, Jay was a featured attraction at parties and has been for the last four decades. Jay is proud to have heard hundreds of children and families in your area giggle in delight as they joined him onstage to share in their special day. Jay enjoys inspiring young magicians to work at the craft and learn wonderful social, spatial, and confidence skills while having fun.
