Lisa is a former professional boxer, athlete, and American Ninja Warrior who currently fights for the US National Kickboxing team. She discovered the sport after a troubled adolescence and it helped her find and listen to her inner voice of confidence. She believes wholeheartedly in the power of the words “I AM” since her first experience of transformation began with changing her thoughts and words. She wants to empower young girls and women to follow their dreams, believe in themselves, and live their lives proudly knowing that they're enough.
