The Perfect Alibi Quintet with Meg Macan Jazz Band from Somerset, NJ

Fresh and original, the Perfect Alibi Quintet with Meg Macan is a straight-ahead ensemble project offering classic straight-ahead jazz for all occasions. We perform at festivals, corporate events, benefits, private functions, clubs, pubs, and other functions throughout central New Jersey. The PAQ was founded in 2012 with a mission to help conserve and promote the great American musical art forms of jazz and blues. The ensemble's repertoire includes modern but faithful interpretations of standards from Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Cole Porter, Rogers & Hart, the Gershwins, Dave Brubeck, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Sonny Rollins, Herbie Hancock, and more. The core members of the PAQ include John Abbott (guitar); Meg Macan (vocals) Anatoly Gokhman (bass/guitar), Erez Lirov (keyboard/trumpet), Vinny Troyani (saxophone) Vincent Kucinski (drums).
