Ryan Stigmon Jazz Project Jazz Trio from Boston, MA

Ryan Stigmon is an award winning saxophone player from Boston, MA. He is the founder of the Jazz Project, and is an active musician around the Northeast, performing in many genres including Jazz, Funk, and Rock and Roll. The Jazz Project can perform as a trio, quartet or quintet, and plays over 150 jazz standards as well as original music. Ryan is currently working towards his music performance degree at Berklee College of Music. As a former student at Northern Arizona University, he has been fortunate to work with such musicians such as Chris Finet, Stephen Dunn and Jonathan Bergeron. On top of a full course load, Ryan maintains a busy performing schedule throughout the Northeast. Ryan has also attended the Skidmore Summer Jazz Institute in New York where he received one on one instruction from Curtis Fuller, Matt Wilson and Pat LaBarbera. While in high school, Ryan made both the Arizona All-State jazz bands along with receiving three outstanding soloist awards at the NAU Jazz Festival.
