Peter Hostage Trio Jazz Ensemble from Londonderry, NH

The Peter Hostage Trio plays jazz, standards, Latin, blues, funk and some R&B. Led by jazz/blues pianist/vocalist Peter Hostage, the trio has been performing around New England since 1988, providing clients with a varied mix of classic jazz and good dance tunes. The PH3 can play quiet background light jazz and also kick it into high gear with some funky R&B and jump blues. The PH3 features pianist/vocalist Hostage backed by jazz drums and bass. The PH3 is perfect for a cocktail reception, or a party/function in a smaller venue. Peter Hostage and his band mates have been performing professionally throughout New England in various bands for over 30 years, and bring lots of experience and a high level of quality to every gig. The Peter Hostage Trio also can add one or two horns for a bigger swing & soul sound. Peter Hostage also performs solo (piano and voice) and with his 9 piece "little" big band, The Peter Hostage Situation, playing Basie, Ellington, Louis Jordan and other great swing music.
