The JD Experience is a smooth jazz, classic soul band and show. Its music you know and love from the 70's 80's and 90's mixed with the type of jazz popular on most smooth jazz station across the country. We do not play big band, swing or blues just classic soul, original music from our current CD and smooth jazz. If this is what you are looking for then you've found the right band.
The band was assembled in September 2005 to support JD's debut CD "Back in the Day". The band has infectious chemistry and a vibe that shines through when they perform. We perform a 3 set show with 2 intermissions. To keep the flow and continuity of the show we take no request or play special songs.
If you want a live band that everyone can listen to, music that will have you bobbing your head, music that will take you back, then you want The JD Experience performing at your next event and function.
