Not only were they willing to work with me on every aspect of my entertainment needs, they were top shelf talented performers! I can't wait to work with them again! Our wedding was a huge success, thanks in large part to Randy and his trio. His professionalism, thoughtfulness, and talent were clear. Randy arranged several songs into jazz versions so that they would fit into our theme. I will never forget the dance with my father, which was a special arrangement by Randy. I also want to mention the professionalism of this trio. My young cousins ran into them going up the elevator early in the day to set up. These men were kind and friendly to these elementary-school aged children, which means a lot in a family wedding! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I would recommend Randy and his trio to anyone.

We had an unusual request to have a solo saxophone player for our ceremony and cocktail hour at our wedding. We did not want any background music to go along with it. Randy was able to fulfill our request and even learn a few new songs for us that we specifically wanted. He was very professional and we loved his music.

Randy Kemp Trio were the perfect addition to my dad's 90th birthday party - they were incredibly talented and professional but also easy-going and friendly. They played all the "oldies" and my dad (a long-time musician) loved it. They even did a song or 2 with my son playing his saxophone - very cool! I would definitely recommend them for any event.

The Randy Kemp Trio delivers just the right dose of bluesy jazz, lending our event a relaxing atmosphere which encouraged our visitors to enjoy the art and mingle. Not too loud or intrusive. Randy and his associate arrived at our event promptly and set right up. They were friendly and professional. Their music was great, they are both very talented; my Uncle, who is a musician himself, was especially impressed with their playing. My parents were thrilled when the guys were able to play "their song", and Randy and his partner really jazzed it up in a nice way. Everyone at the party thought they were great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! The next time I need entertainment and I'm in Connecticut, I'll know who to call. Randy and his accompanist did an absolutely fabulous job at our wedding reception. In the days leading up to the event, my mind was everywhere, and I had forgotten to give him a list of songs. He, with coolness and professionalism, came prepared with a selection of great songs and was very accommodating when we needed to use his microphones to make announcements. We had not planned an actual dance, but people loved his music and began an impromptu dance as other guests ate and talked. I would recommend him to anyone for any event and plan to keep his name on my list for future events as well.

This jazz ensemble was perfect for my event! I couldn't have asked for a better group! I wanted a duo of two musicians, playing keyboard & bass. Randy was excellent on keyboard and his colleague was great on bass. They were on time, very professional, and they also dressed sharp which I appreciated. Randy had a microphone, and I asked if my brother could use it to make an announcement. Randy was very accommodating in setting this up with my brother. Having them there really made my event seem special.I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Randy Kemp Trio was EXCELLENT. They actually got to our wedding reception before we did (we were out taking photos), they got setup and played wonderfully. In addition, the wireless mic that the venue provided was broken and they even offered the event manager their wireless mic to use. I cannot thank these guys enough for working with us and helping to make our wedding reception a HUGE SUCCESS. They are true professionals. If you want good musicians that simply know what they're doing, do yourself a huge favor and hire these guys, you will not regret it!

Randy kemp and his band did an absolutley phenomenal job at my wedding, as they entertained over 90 guests throughout cocktail hour, dinner and beyond. They even did a super job mixing in with my cousin who played some accoustic tunes on his guitar and they sounded terrific! They were a pleasure to have at our reception and really felt like friends and family as they mingled with our guests. They were courteous, punctual, professional and clearly, very talented. I highly recommend anyone looking for some musical entertainment to contact them. My wife and I could not have been happier with their performance.

We had Randy with his trio (bass and percussion) for a 50th anniversary party. They far exceeded our expectations in terms of musical quality, friendliness and professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with. I had some general requests for musical selections and they were perfect with that. Many guests came up to me marveling at the music and thinking I was a genius for finding them.
I would 100% recommend them to others. They really made the party into something much greater than it otherwise would have been. And since they seem to be very reasonably priced, I just might have to create some other occasions so I can hire them again!

Randy Kemp and his trio provided a wonderful two hours of standards/classic jazz for my father’s 80th birthday celebration. We were very pleased with their performance. The general impression among the older guests was amazement that there were musicians who played "their kind of music" and played it so well. Highly recommended!
