About Vendor

Learn more about this vendor for your event.

I recorded the Jazz album “Bliss” in Chicago with the Award Winning Audio Engineer Rob Bochnik. Rob's skills were utilized on the soundtrack for the Oscar winning musical “Once,” whose single “Falling Slowly” won the award for best original song in 2008. I sing and accompany myself on guitar or upright bass. I draw from a list of tried and true jazz standards and can play original songs as well as contemporary songs if desired. I am currently looking for duo and solo work. In addition to playing for years around Chicago I have played with several local jazz bands including Miss Jubilee, Park Avenue Jazz, Tommy Halloran's Band Guerilla Swing, Sarah Jane and the Blue Notes as well as Joe Mancuso. I have played blues with the likes of Marquise Knox, Kim Massie, Bottoms Up Blues Band as well as Roland Johnson and Soul Endeavor. I garner talent from the pool of players including Dave Black (Guitar) and Nick Schlueter (Piano). Please consider me for your venue.
