Peter Has been performing regularly as a solo act, in and around Atlanta Ga, since 2000.Prior to this, Peter served a Musical apprenticeship, playing guitar with Mattock International out of Central Florida. This Caribbean influenced group had a profound effect on Peter's Musical style and direction. Peter also holds a B.A. in Music Production from The Berklee College of Music. The Music is diverse, Peter has crafted custom musical arrangements of songs by artists such as Jason Mraz, Bob Marley, Jack Johnson and John Mayer, Jobim, Bruno Mars, etc that featuring the rhythmical underpinnings of the Islands, but also exhibit a sophisticated Harmonic sense informed by jazz and blues. Peter is Known for his prowess on the Electric guitar, and also has a unique approach on the steel guitar. The lap steel is an expressive and versatile instrument that orignated in Hawaii, and today is featured in many diferent styles of music, such as Blues, Gospel, country etc. Peter is also a fine vocalist, and ocasionally also plays acoustic guitar keyboards. Peter has had occasion to augment his solo act, by adding top shelf musicians to his already formidible solo stylings. In this way, an ensemble can be custom booked for your event as needed.
