The Janine Graham Band Jazz Band from Wakefield, MA

Charismatic, soulful and sassy --- Janine adds her own special flair for the standards that make you rekindle your love affair with the Great American Songbook. Her dynamic presence both on and off stage, her emotional connection with a tune, and her ability to touch the hearts of her audience make for an experience not to be missed. Originating from Massachusetts, Janine's musical career has covered many diverse musical styles, including contemporary, rock, dinner theatre, jazz and blues, achieving a wealth of vocal experience. But it was during her long stay in Southern California that she honed her love for the great standards and concentrated solely on that genre --- soon becoming a local favorite in the area. Since her return to New England, Janine has developed quite a following in the Boston area and has performed with some of the most noteworthy jazz and blues musicians in the area. The Janine Graham Band can be as intimate as a trio, with vocals/percussion, bass and piano, or can easily become a 3-horn swing band.
