From the very beginning, a baby was born named Deonta Barnes (DJ Talent). He had all odds against him, yet and still he succeeded. Born 2 months early, doctors said he wouldn't make it past 2 years old. But because of God and his gifts, not only did he make it but he lived. At the age of 16, he started working at Chuck E Cheese as the mascot but that was only the beginning of his career. 2 years later, he entered into security and worked from hotels to clubs to restaurants but that didn't stop him. While he was working a full time job he still made time to help others. Having multiple companies across the nation, making dreams come true, managing models, dancers, rappers and singers, giving them a chance of their lifetime to follow their dream. At the age of 18, all odds were still against him and he managed to open his own business with all licenses and certifications, along with his own office in Hampton, VA. A year later, he hit a downfall. People did not believe in him, and did not think he was going to succeed. A young entrepreneur at the age of 19, tried to make a difference, didn't let the distraction of haters bring him down. He then took a break but not for long, he came back at the age of 20. Still managing models, dancers, and rappers nationwide, with offices all across the world. At the age of 21, he was able to open his own office locations in Houston, TX, Hampton, VA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, and Las Vegas, NV. His biggest accomplishment was opening his first office out of the country in Morocco, Casablanca. A dream he had so long ago, so many odds, so many haters, so many downfalls, and so many encouragements, he managed to never give up. It inspired him at the age of 21 to open his own foundation called The Rising Star Foundation. With his main focus to help people all across the nation young and old, to accomplish their dreams for free. At the tender age of 22, who would have thought he would be working for 3 of the largest companies in the world, known as, Pepsi Bottling Company, Marva Maid Dairy, and ABM Security. While still pursuing his dreams in law enforcement, in 2013, he entered into the CPA Police Academy. He made a name for himself, not only as a young entrepreneur or a young business owner, not even as a security officer or law enforcement, but as a DJ hitting the streets hard. God's gifts allowed him to open 6 companies of his own over the last 7 years. He is now fortunate enough to offer employees and clients a chance to live their dream and do what they love to do. Offering full benefits, his journey did not stop here. In November 2014, he had a vision to open his own clothing line, T4T (Thirst 4 Talent). This line included clothes, lingerie, shoes, accessories, and jewelry which will be launching in March 2015. He learned to use his opportunity to give opportunity. With God keeping him focused and his record still clean, he now lives his dream. The dream he has fought so hard to live.
