Torque Order Rock Band from Austin, TX

Founded in 2001, Torque Order began as a side project of LoZ from Judean Radiostatic and 3.0. After the dissolution of JRS, LoZ moved to Austin in 2003, and the project was put on hold. In 2010, LoZ met Joseph Pfost and introduced him to the old project. They immediately resurrected Torque Order, and began writing new material. They added DMO (Drums) and Jaye Leigh Vincent (Keyboards/Percussion) in early 2011. DMO left the act in 2012.. Torque Order takes it's influences from the many different genres of music it's members listen to. From Metal, to EMB to R&B, the combined sound is unique. The major influences are the Tanz Metal (Dance Metal) genre popularized by groups like Rammstein, and the Aggrotech Industrial genre, characterized by driving beats and heavy use of synthesizers (Combichrist and Nachtmahr). This combination provides the Torque Order sound.
