With this type of show I would advise that the environment be considered carefully - we did not take into account that there was a need for very little if any background noise or distractions - we had our Christmas party in a somewhat open banquet area of a bowling alley that was also open to the public during the time that we were using the facility - I believe that the surrounding distractions and noise affected the level of concentration and relaxation needed by the participants of the show - this made it difficult for Brian to perform to his best ability - which was no fault of his - it was ignorance on my part for not taking that into account when planning.
