MY STORY I began hula hooping winter of 2011, because I felt too embarrassed to go to a gym. I wanted something fun and new that would be a work out with-out feeling like one. I would listen to my favorite songs or watch television while hula hooping right in my own home! Before I knew it, an hour would pass by-and I was feeling great. Eventually, Hula hooping became something I did through out the entire day. I travel around with a hula hoop, and hoop on my lunch break at work. I find myself getting lost in the hoop as I continue to learn about myself, my body and mind all within a hoop. I can proudly say that hula hooping helped change my life both physically and mentally. I've lost 40 pounds hula hooping. I gained confidence (and dance moves) that I didn't know I had within myself! I want to share my experience, knowledge and fun with you.
