Tiare Kahana was an absolute delight at our Reception. Our guests are still talking about how great the entertainment was. She made our Reception a memorable event that will not soon be forgotten. We had an age range of 30's to 80's and Tiare had everyone participating. Her enthusiasm and sparkling personality is contagious. The stories she told about the Hula's were very interesting and; she was sweet and stayed to answer questions our guests had. Yes, there is no question about it... Tiare gets a 5+ from me. I would not hesitate to hire Tiare for another event in the future. A HUGE THANK YOU TIARE !!!!!!! Aloha!

The whole company was easy to work with and they put on an amazing show. Costume changes, live musicians, a drummer and a fire dance. It exceeded our expectations in all ways. They were very flexible with the site where they would dance and when we had to move the event inside due to weather, they did not skip a beat, performed wonderfully and smiled the whole time. You will not regret engaging them for an event!!!

tiare was the most beautiful, talented, loving woman i have met in a very long time. she worked with me, the neurotic mother of the bride, to make my daughters day, and her hawaiian husband and family feel welcomed into our family (ohana) in a special way. everyone at the wedding was in awe of her talent, and tiare made an already wonderful memorable evening unforgettable! she truly eminates what i am learning as the aloha spirit. she blessed us all!

We were very impressed by the talent, professionalism, and flexibility of Kahana Hula. We hosted Kahana Hula twice this season, and every visit was a home run. Kahana Hula was very engaging with our guests and we received many compliments on how their visit was enhanced by the performance. The variety and diversity you get with Kahana Hula is unmatched by any group of Polynesian dance company that I have seen. Kahana Hula exceeded all expectations and we would welcome them back any time.

They were amazing! Very authentic! I have been to Maui and the the big island and have seen dancers there, they are as good or better than any found in Hawaii. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great show. They got everyone, and I mean everyone, up and dancing. They played to the crowd very well. Can't say enough good things about them! They made a monumentous celebration unforgettable!

Tiare was a blessing from above. She dazzled the guests, especially the soon to be bride and groom with traditional Hawaiian dances. We had a GREAT time as we interacted with her and each other. I arranged for a Kahana Hula dancer to perform at my daughter's 9th birthday party and I was extremely happy with the entire process, from scheduling to the performance! The hula dancer arrived at my house exactly on time, she looked beautiful and she thrilled my daughter and her friends for a very entertaining 45 minutes! She explained hula dance traditions and moves in a patient and age-appropriate way, taught them to do several dances and completely captivated the girls the whole time. I would highly recommend Kahana Hula for any occasion and will likely use them again for one of my younger daughter's future parties!

Kahana Hula is fabulous! Professional all the way. Hawaiian dancer Tiare and the Polynesian drummer gave us a fantastic experience - really enhanced my family lu'au. Plenty of "audience" participation. Everyone loved the performance. I would highly recommend Kahana Hula, and I definitely plan to have them come back for my lu'au next year.

We LOVE Tiare!! She came and danced for our twin girls' 4th birthday party and she was amazing with both children and adults! Not only did she smile the whole time, she had ALL the children (over 15) attentive and involved and that's not easy when the age ranged from 3 to 9! Both boys and girls loved her. The adults also loved her performance. The kids participated in her dances when appropriate. She also taught them about Hawaiian culture and dance. She is also taleted and beautiful. We would definitely recommend her to anyone and would hire her again. Mahalo Tiare! We really loved having you here to help us celebrate our girls' 4th birthday party!!

We were celebrating lu'au style to celebrate my husband and 2 friends 40th b-days. They were surprised when Taki, a fire dance performer from Kahana Hula, showed up at 10PM. Taki was amazing. We are still laughing at some of his dialogue too. He brought the party to another level. We ended up partying until 3:30AM. No one wanted the party to end. I have since received numerous calls (some from people who didn't even attend the party) requesting information on Taki and Kahana Hula. They are the talk of the town. We will be having annual lu'aus from now on because we had so much fun. Kahana Hula will be at the top of our planning list! Highly recommend!!!!

Tiare was wonderful. We had about 25 girls over for my daughter's 6th Birthday. It was a rainy horrible day and the girls were getting rowdy and bored. Tiare was able to get the girls' attention and really get them into the whole experience. My daughter loved every minute of it. Tiare could not be more gracious or warm. She is also very talented and very beautiful to look at. I would definitely recommend her. Mom in Greenwich.

Tiare came to our event ahead of time even though she had drived over 3 hours to Albany, NY. She was very gracious and our group of 150 employees absolutely loved her performance as well as her explanations of the different types of hula dances and the cultural insight of island traditions. She related her explanations to the theme and objective of the day which was an employee wellness day. She interacted well with our audience, had a smile on her face at all times and seemed genuinely happy to be part of our event. We would definitely highly recommend her and Kahana Hula.

The life of the party. We had a drummer and hula dancer. My daughter had seen hula performers before and said Kahana Hula soared above the others in talent and professionalism. I would highly recommend them for any event. Booking with Gigmasters was easy and efficient. We will definitely use them again in future parties.

I would just like to add that her performance was entertaining. She really got the guest involved and a good time was had by all. I would reccomend her again and if I have another Luau I would certainly hire her. The show was incredible!!!! We hired the beautiful and talented Kahana Hula dancers Melia & Alohi to perform at our daughter's 1st birthday Luau. They were so fun and energetic, everyone from the babies & kids to adults were on their feet doing the Hula. Their show was definitely the highlight of the party. I was hoping for a bit more interaction with the students as it was more informational than interactive. The rate of information was fast paced. The kids were looking for more entertainment than being spoken to about the Hawaiian culture. The performer was pleasant and professional.

I am disappointed that my program was not what you and the students were expecting. I provide a very wide variety of shows from educational cultural enrichment to "strictly entertainment." I thought that the children enjoyed the songs and dances that I had taught them, in addition to learning about the Hawaiian way of living in harmony, called "Living Aloha." This has been a very popular program requested by schools and has been very well received. Since this was your "Pay Day" event for students' good behavior, my intention was to reinforce that theme. In the future, I will be sure to clarify exactly what kind of program is expected. Mahalo nui loa!
