Spirited Strings Harpist from Pittston, PA

Courteous, soothing and talented solo, instrumental harper. I have been playing the lever harp since 2008. I have played dinner music for charity events, silent auctions, church services, private hospital and nursing home patients and a funeral service or two. I took my smallest harp (19 strings) to Iraq in 2009 and played indoors and outdoors for troops at Camp Liberty in Baghdad and in some church services there. With my Rubarth Merlin 35-string I primarily play Christian hymns and spiritual songs, have sometimes done original compositions and works from the Great American Songbook instrumentally. I am willing to work with clients so they receive the service they pay for. I bring my own simple amplification equipment and am solely responsible for its' transport, setup and teardown. My harp's construction dictates that I perform primarily indoors, but in dry, warm (not sweltering or soggy) weather I may allow an outdoor session. I do not allow anyone to touch the harp, or assist me in these tasks, but I may give a brief, impromptu harp lesson for an interested person.
