Jamie Wilkinson Harpist from San Antonio, TX

Jamie Wilkinson has been playing the harp since she was 8 years old, when she began studying with Delaine Leonard. During her 10 years of study with Ms. Leonard, Jamie was given numerous opportunities to study with harp greats such as Alice Chalifoux, at the Salzedo School in Camden, Maine, Lucile Lawrence, Paula Page, Yolanda Kondonassis, and others. She played with the Austin Youth Orchestra through high school, as well as ¡Harpa!, a quartet of four harpists, all students of Ms. Fedson. After high school, Jamie continued studying harp with Paula Page, as well as began her professional freelance career. She has played at the Governor's Mansion, the Texas State Capitol, with the Texas State Chorale, the Austin Civic Orchestra, and at numerous other private and public events.
