Nina Fore Brooks is a freelance performer and educator. She studied music at the University of South Carolina and Columbia College where she earned her Masters Degree in Music. A SC certified music instructor, she has taught elementary, college students and adults. Nina was Harpist thru years that thus supported her schooling, entertaining the elite, dignitaries, celebrities, and royalty. Harp is her life, full & happy. Nina is a member of the American Harp Society, American PEN Women where she was National League Board member for 6 years, including Music Chairman, American String Teachers, Artist Roster of S.C. Arts Commission as Concert Performer and Classroom Program Guest. She is well-known nationally with harpists Nina has performed around the world, notably with the Cunard, Raddisson and Celebrity Cruise Lines. She has been playing the harp for over 30 years and is considered an expert at her art. She is available for Weddings, Receptions, Rehearsal Dinners, Gallery Openings, Bar/BatMitzvah Celebrations or any Special Occasion, Funerals. Requests for accompaniment are also available. In the U.S., her performances have taken her from Newport, R.I., D.C., and all the SE Seaboard to Miami FL and the Caribbean Islands. When not abroad or at sea, she splits her time between her South Carolina and Florida residences.
