Lestah Polyestah. Do you like funk, old school, dancing, seriously awkward 70s clothing, laughing and gooood times? Are you looking for a party that is the exact, polar opposite of Bingo Night at St. Mary's Nursing Home? Then drop a dime and hit up our answering machine so you can party with Lestah Polyestah. Funk. Old School. Horns. Drum and bass breakdowns. Rap offs. An amazing female lead vocalist. Unpredictable, random moments. Mmmm hmmmm. Trust me on this – for your party, club or wedding, you're gonna wanna party with Lestah Polyestah… that is, if you want people dancing and laughing all night, with memories that will last for years.
Lestah Polyestah is a seven piece band, featuring a female lead vocalist, two horns, guitar, drums, bass and keyboard player. We run our own sound, usuing a SWEEEET new Yamaha sound system. We play three party sets, starting off with the funk of the 70s then venturing into newer tunes that pack the dance floor, and we can add a few tunes upon request for your party… Plus – there's more, just like the Ginsu knives commercial -- we will let a few of your friends get on stage with us to sing, play an instrument, or throw down in an ultimate rap-off among your posse, so you can find out who is funky and who is compleeeeetely square. So hit up our answering machine on this now. And let's DO THIS before we get double booked that night. Doit. Seriously, when we get home from a long weekend, there's like, ummmm, errrrrr, at least twenty other messages on our answering machine for future gigs, ummmm, errrrr, while your answering machine is like the soundtrack to “Crickets R Us”. So trust me on this, so get off the couch and hit up the Batphone immediately to book Lestah Polyestah for your party or wedding. You won't regret it. Check us out at Lestah Polyestah , see our samples page for audio and video clips, and see our Instagram page for lots of action.
Trust me on this. Although this is totally stolen from Brittney Spears, we know how to “bring the action”. Everybody in da cluuuuub. All eyes on us. All eyes on us.
