He did an excellent job! He was very promt and took care of setting up his equipment. He is very talented and personable. We all enjoyed having him at our event. We also found Gigmasters very easy to use. THANKS

Unfortunately for both of us his equipment failed. So after hauling all the equipment in and setting up we had no entertainment. While not his fault. I would expect a back up plan for this kind of contingency. At least a simple self contained karaoke machine as a back up.
He was gracious and apologetic but that left a big hole in my wife's 60th birthday party with 60 to 70 guest.

It's a lesson learned. ALWAYS carry back up stuff is my new motto. I do think it is rather pointless of submitting ratings in situations such as this. For example how can we give an overall talent score of 2 out of 5 in this situation when I didn't even get to sing a note! Well, everybody has the right to complain and I don't blame Tom C. for his low scores. As mentioned it is a lesson learned and it will not happen again. If Tom ever calls me in the future, I will do a "no charge" show to make up for what happened.

Sinatra was better than expected. He showed up early and even let us use his microphone and speakers for my Dad's retirement speeches after the time was up. We will definitely look to hire him again.

His performance really set the mood. He performed for my husband 50th birthday party and all our guests really enjoyed him.
I would strongly recommend him!
