We hired Mariachi Los Monarcas to play while guests were arriving to board a yacht where we were hosting our son's rehearsal dinner. Though this "gig" was only 30 mins long, they were by far the hit of the evening & in hindsight I wish I had hired them to come aboard with us to continue playing throughout the evening. Costumes were most authentic, their personalities were most congenial & hands down they were the most talented Mariachi band I have ever heard. Lots of guests wanted to sing with them, wear their sombraros and join in on the fun. They quoted me a very nice price as well which was most appreciative. Suberb value for the money.

The Mariachi Los Monarcas group was excellent in every way! They were prompt, professional, and added the ultimate touch to our day-late Cinco De Mayo celebration. We had 50 guests, and these guys were the hit of the party! Looking forward to having them, again!!

Jorge, of Mariachi Los Monarcas, and his group could not have been more accommodating or professional. He is very customer service oriented. Their music was just want we wanted. They were perfect for our party.

We were extremely satisfied with Mariachi Los Monarcas and so were our guests. We had several Mexican born friends at our party and they participated with the mariachis and had all their requests met. The group arrived exactly on time and interacted amongst our guests. The music we requested was played with great talent. They band was well dressed and did a great job overall. The only thing is that they were very late because I guess they got lost. I think its more professional to leave with plenty of time incase of things like that and also to be early.

I was not impressed by the these mariachi's nor Gigmasters.com in how they handled my bid.The bid the Los Monarcas gave mewas not a HONEST one.They contacted me and to upsale me.I called Gigmasters and they e-mailed me everything would be alright.That same day Gigmasters e-mailed me they had cancelled and did nothing to resolve problem nor compensate for ruining my event! No personal apology nor standing by their promise of coming through for an event just an impersonal e-mail with other Mariachi bands in the area that "I" should contact.Neither party was professional,accomodating,would Not recommend to friend and overall satisfaction 0!!!

Our band strives to provide quality service. Mr Valle had requested a quote for 1 ½ hours, and was mistakenly quoted the hourly rate. Mr. Valle’s partner was quickly contacted with the correction. She agreed to the new rate and we sent her a contract. However, the contract was not signed and returned. Mrs. Rodriguez was contacted for follow up. He/she refused to return the signed contract and expected the band to perform for the misquoted rate. The band did not perform due to a lack of a signed contract. The deposit fee was returned to the customer.

Mariachi Los Monarcas gifted all those present at my nephew Carlos' funeral with a memorial performance. Our family and friends are forever grateful. I highly recommend them.
